Beatriz Adan

Bea provides administrative support to the President and CEO and is the primary point of contact on all administrative matters pertaining to the President’s office.

Her experience encompasses positions within a broad range of industries. Before she joined Houston Endowment in 2020, she provided expert support for executives at Decker Consulting, Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers and Tenaris. In addition, she was a recruiting assistant for Latin America and the Caribbean at SLB.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in administration from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela.
