Christina Charles

Special Assistant to the President and CEO

Christina is responsible for operations of the executive office, where she provides support to Houston Endowment’s President and CEO and directs special projects and internal initiatives on behalf of the executive office.

She began her career in mission-driven work, first with Teach for America Houston, then as a community organizer at a local affordable housing nonprofit. In business school, she focused on the intersection of business and social impact before becoming a change management consultant at PwC. She is most proud of the work she has done to help nonprofit and government organizations develop and execute their strategic plans and major projects. She is passionate about leadership development, cultivating great people experiences, and starting and ending meetings on time.

Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Brown University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.
