Grant Patterson

Evaluation Manager

Grant supports internal evaluations, third-party evaluations, and evaluation capacity building projects at the Foundation. He participates in the design and execution of evaluation plans that assess the impact and effectiveness of Houston Endowment’s work.

In previous roles, Grant conducted research around disaster mitigation and recovery funding, transportation and mobility, neighborhood change, the role of the arts in community development, and other topics in the Houston region. He also has experience with neighborhood planning in Atlanta.

Grant holds a master’s degree in city and regional planning from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in urban policy and political science from Rice University.
