Steve Hartman

Steve serves as the Foundation’s top financial leader and oversees key internal business functions including finance, planning, accounting, and information management and technology.

Prior to joining Houston Endowment in 2020, Steve held a variety of roles including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Penn Virginia Corporation. He also spent two years at El Paso Corporation in business development.

Steve is a chartered financial analyst and holds a MBA from Southern Methodist University.
