New Initiative To Invest Over $10M Supporting Artists of Color in Houston
A new initiative called Black Indigenous People of Color Arts Network and Fund announced an initial investment of $2 million in grants to support artists of color in nine counties of the Houston metro area, as part of a larger sum that will be distributed over the next five years.
