Plan For Latino Cultural Complex In Houston Gets $1M+ in Seed Money
A project to create a state-of-the-art Latino cultural complex in Houston received more than $1,250,000 in seed capital this week from the Houston Endowment, the City of Houston and a grassroots campaign among Latinos.
